INITIAL DEPOSIT. 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Full amount due at time of booking if less than 30 days prior to arrival Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION. If reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, all deposits and payments for any non re-booked dates are non-refundable. A $75 handling fee is charged for all cancellations.
PAYMENTS can be made by via paypal (3% fee additional), Check or Zelle
Check In - Check Out. Check in time is after 4pm. Check Out time is 11am
Check In Instructions. Access information will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Check Out Instructions. Take all trash out prior to your departure. Hang the keys in it's original place. Turn of all lights, ceiling fan and lock sliding door to the lanai.
CLEANING. The condo is cleaned prior to your arrival, and towels and linens are furnished for your stay. Weekly or daily maid service is available for an additional charge.
PARKING. Parking is permitted at no cost to our guests. A parking permit is required and available at the front desk which remains valid during your whole stay. The front desk is open until 5 pm on weekdays and until 9 pm on weekends. If your arrival is after hours please acquire the permit the next morning. Vehicles without valid parking permits will be towed at Guest's expense.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT. The rental rate is based upon a maximum occupancy of two (2) occupants. Additional guests will be at owner's discretion.
SMOKING PROHIBITED. This is a non-smoking building and smoking is restricted to a designated spot in the parking lot. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee to prepare unit for next guests.
REFUNDS. The Guest shall not receive a refund due to a shortened stay and/or poor experience that resulted from unfavorable weather conditions.
Beach Access. There is access to a sandy beach from the Resort, however winter storms has caused some beach erosion. Please see update on status of beach here.
